Please see instructions for returning merchandise under "Return Policy" listed below. IN-STORE PICKUP

We will contact you via phone or email to let you know when your in-store pickup order is ready.  Because of shipping and handling some items may still contain additional charges. 

These charges may be reflected as a small price difference.

You are welcome to call the store to verify your items have arrived from other locations or the warehouse.

Items that require assembly - Items that require assembly require additional processing time. 

ORDERING OVER THE INTERNET

Ordering over the Net is safe and easy. When you order from Harley’s Bicycles over the Internet, you connect with our secure server which protects your credit card and personal information. Netscape users should see the unbroken key symbol when you connect with our ordering page. If you would prefer to order via FAX, phone, or mail, those options are available.
 
Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line. Some quantity discounts may NOT be shown on this confirmation, but WILL be reflected on your final invoice.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order. You will be notified by e-mail if any items are backordered.

RETURNS

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs) to:

With all returns, please include your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return - i.e. credit your account, exchange for another item etc.
 
We will refund shipping costs when the Items was mis-shipped.  The Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling in every other case.

Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
 
Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

PRICES AND INFORMATION

This website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our on-line catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here.

We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or sending us an e-mail. They will be promptly corrected with in 24 hours of you bringing it to our attention. We reserve the right to withdraw incorrect prices that are in error.

Retail Store Return Policy

HARLEY’S BICYCLE RETAIL STORE'S RETURN POLICY
 
1. Refunds must be made within 30 days with a dated cash register receipt.

2. BICYCLES AND FITNESS EQUIPMENT ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.  You may exchange bicycles and fitness equipment for 14 days if still in new condition.  Exception: Bicycles purchased as a gift and noted as such, at the time of purchase on the invoice are returnable for 14 days.
 
3. You may exchange merchandise for up to 180 days for other merchandise or a Gift Card.
 
4. Only New, Unused merchandise will be accepted for a full value return.  A  20% restocking charge will be made on any used merchandise or items that are missing the proper packaging.
 
5. Defective merchandise will be handled according to the manufacturers warranty.
 
6.  All sales are final on opened auto racks, tools and clearance merchandise.

7. Gift Cards are not returnable for refund.
 
8. Refunds over $50 not paid by credit card will be paid by company check within 30 days.
 

Lay-A-Way

LAY-A-WAY POLICY
A minimum of 20% payment is advance is required to hold merchandise on Lay-A-Way.
The 20% Deposit on a Lay-A-Way is not refundable if bicycle is cancelled. You may apply it to
another bike within 90 days. The Maximum Lay-A-Way period is 90 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently are not able to accept international orders.  Harley’s Bicycles is committed to preventing online credit fraud and is a member of the Worldwide E-Commerce Fraud Prevention Network.
